The Real Issue

Every programme you've tried was built for a life you don't have.

It built its model around men with time, optimal conditions, and a calendar they own. Then sold that model to men whose time belongs to their work, their family, and everyone else who needs them.

When those men fall off - and research suggests over 90% do within the first year - the industry calls it a discipline problem.

It was always a design problem.

  • Programmes that require 90 minutes in a gym, five times a week.

  • Meal plans with no tolerance for a client dinner, a flight, a week where everything moves.

  • The streak model. Miss once, start over. Miss twice, give up.

  • Coaches who've never had a life where someone else's needs come first.

  • The assumption that nothing in your life matters more than protecting your training schedule.

You don’t rise to your goals, you fall to your systems

What changes when the system fits

In their own words

"It wasn't that I finally found motivation. It was that I stopped running a plan that was always going to fall apart in my week."

VIBRANT PEOPLE CLIENT

A System Built to Survive Your Actual Week

Most plans fail before they reach execution. Too much friction. Too many dependencies. No answer for the week that goes sideways. This system is flexible by design - not as a workaround, but as the principle everything is built around.

Effective

Progressive bodyweight training that produces real physique change - paired with a nutrition framework built around whole foods and protein that survives real life. The results on this page were built without needing a single gym session.

Efficient

Works in the time you actually have. The man who trains 20 minutes consistently beats the gym member who goes twice a month. Fact.

Flexible

The whole system flexes - training, nutrition, structure. Built for the trip that appeared from nowhere, the month where everything is harder than usual.

Sustainable

Because you never fully stop, you never have to start again. The goal isn't to never miss. The goal is to never disappear.

The Floor

A standard you set.

One you refuse to go below.

Most programmes are built from the top down. A high standard, aimed for daily. The problem is structural - there's no framework for the days below it. No permission, no tools. So when the inevitable happens, it doesn't register as a deviation. It reads as failure. And failure tends to be self-fulfilling.

The floor is a different architecture entirely.

Not a time. Not a specific session. The standard you define, based on your life, and protect regardless of what the week throws at you. On hard weeks you hold it. On good weeks you build above it. You never fully stop.

The goal isn't to maintain the floor forever. It's for the floor to eventually become who you are - the point where this is just how you live, without drama, without negotiation, without needing a reason.

From Jake

I built this by living the problem.

A shirtless man in gray sweatpants and sandals playing with a young boy in striped shirt and beige pants outside in a suburban yard. The man is holding small wooden blocks, and there is a car with an open door nearby, with a backyard, trees, and a house in the background.

I started training the typical way. Long gym sessions. Strict eating. It worked - as long as life stayed simple.

Travel broke my routines first. Then building a business. Then three kids. Each season added constraints the old approach couldn't survive.

A shirtless man is putting a child on his shoulders, while a girl with long hair in a white dress stands in front of them, facing away. They are outdoors in front of an open trunk of a blue car, with a stone building behind.

What I found was that flexible systems outlast rigid ones every time. Bodyweight training that works anywhere. Nutrition built around principles, not rules. A floor that holds even when everything else is compressed.

Those weren't compromises. They were upgrades. Best shape of my life at 35, running a business and raising a family.

That's what Vibrant People is built on. Not ideal conditions. Real ones.

For Who

Built for men with full lives and high standards.

  • You hold yourself to a high standard everywhere else. You want your health to match.

  • Your time isn't just scarce - it's not fully yours. Other priorities dominate your calendar.

  • You've cycled through enough starts and stops to know the problem isn't effort.

  • You want real change - strength, energy, a body you're confident in. Not a maintenance mode.

  • You're prepared to invest properly in something that works.

NOT FOR EVERYONE

If you're looking for a quick fix or something that attempts to optimise every minute detail, this isn't it.

What You Get

Every programme is built on the same system Jake has refined over a decade of coaching. Your coach delivers it. Jake oversees it.

A Personalised Training System

Bodyweight-based, progressive, built around your schedule and constraints. Works anywhere. No equipment required.

A Flexible Nutrition Framework

Not a meal plan. A set of principles that survive a dinner out, a work trip, a week where cooking doesn't happen.

Dedicated Coaching Support

You'll be assigned your own coach who knows your life, your constraints, and your programme. Real access when the week goes sideways - not a check-in form and a three-day wait.

A Peer Group With the Same Standards

You'll train alongside men in the same season of life. The standard is set by the group as much as the programme.
